OSHC VICTORIA SUB-COMMITTEE
A STRONG VOICE FOR OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOURS CARE
OSHC Victoria Sub-Committee provides a voice for Outside School Hours Care Services (OSHC) members to be heard within Community Child Care (CCC).
OSHC Victoria Sub-Committee empowers and supports CCC to speak on OSHC policy issues as the peak body for all community owned children's services in Victoria and as the Victorian Branch of the National Outside School Hours Services Association (NOSHSA).
It is vital that the not-for-profit community owned OSHC sector come together with a strong voice - with the growing need for before and after school care and vacation care, and the increasing interest in OSHC from all levels of government.
OSHC Victoria Sub-Committee is a sub-committee of the CCC Committee of Management. Its members are financial members of CCC who are staff, users, sponsors or committee members of OSHC services that are not established for personal profit. It meets once a term in Northcote and rural members can join in by phone.
