Our General Approach

Community Child Care approaches all assignments in a flexible and collaborative manner. We seek to clearly understand and articulate the client's need from the first instance. We believe this ensures that expectations are clearly identified and acted upon. This is achieved by actively supporting and participating in meetings, briefing sessions and focus groups with clients. Dependent on the individual project we also routinely undertake consultations with key stakeholders. Research activities and critical reading of background papers and other materials completes our holistic approach.

Our Approach to Your Projects

Over the past 15 years, we have undertaken a range of local, state and national consulting projects for both public and private organisations. Our approach to your project would be on a consultative basis, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This approach ensures that the purpose, aims and objectives of the project are achieved.

We also commit to a methodology which is tailored and appropriate to the client and the subject matter. We undertake to be cognisant of any other related project currently underway and of state and national best practice. We will incorporate the results or findings from these activities into our overall analysis.

Our level of experience and professional qualifications enable us to identify and document the outcomes you require within the desired time frame.

We can provide examples of similar project which clearly illustrate our capability and capacity to perform the consultancy services for which we are quoting.
