Rebecca Haig BA Applied Science (Planning)
The breadth and complexity of global change challenges all of us to live and work together in different ways. Now like never before there is a need for individuals and groups from community, private and government sectors to work and communicate more collaboratively. Government policy in the children’s service sector is supporting expansion and change specifically in regard to funding capital works.
In light of these positive circumstances, Community Child Care welcomes Rebecca Haig into the new Community Partnership Manager position. Rebecca brings a depth of knowledge about local government processes, policy and strategy development, innovative consultation and engagement practices, capacity building and a commitment to facilitating community not for profit ownership and management. Rebecca and the team at CCC will promote shared community pride to promote collective action and empowerment to bring a community’s preferences to the attention of political decision makers and service providers.
