Examples of recent consultancy projects are:
- Feasibility study including business plan (incorporating financial and service operation models) for the construction and operation of two new Children's Centres in two different metropolitan municipalities for the Anglican Church.
- Facilitate the transfer of Operator and Licensee obligations from Moreland City Council to existing Incorporated Associations of seven child care centres.
- Development of business plan and management model for the new Bannockburn Family Services Centre for the Golden Plains Shire. The Centre incorporates kindergarten, centre based childcare and a mix of community development and primary and allied health services.
- Review of the management structure of the Ashwood Children's Centre. In reviewing the management structure of the service Community Child Care carried out an extensive review of all policies and procedures including:
- Review all roles including all staff including qualified child care professionals are management committee roles.
- Management Procedures.
- Staffing Management Structure.
- Committee of Management Structure.
- Current Policy and Procedure Handbooks.
- Strategic planning within municipalities to redevelop existing children's services and facilities to provide integrated hubs of family services in central community locations.
