CHILDREN'S SERVICES REGULATIONS 2009
The new Children’s Services Regulations came into effect on 25 May 2009 and heralds the first time Outside School Hours Care and Family Day Care have been regulated. These regulations do include some changes that CCC called for in our submission to the DEECD on the Draft Regulations released earlier this year (you can download CCC's submission from the right of this page).
Overall the Regulations offer a positive step in ensuring quality in children’s services, and services can expect information to be sent from DEECD.
