OSHC Community Ownership
OSHC COMMUNITY OWNERSHIP CAMPAIGN
CCC continues to fight against the privatisation of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) programs. CCC's extensive community and media campaign highlights the dangers of transferring the sponsorship of an OSHC program to a private provider and the benefits and importance of remaining a community-owned and managed service.
This campaign is a key priority for CCC in 2006, especially considering the rapid expansion of commercial OSHC services, and we hope that the community will join with us to defend and protect OSHC.
