Policy & Advocacy Overview

Community Child Care has been at the forefront of social advocacy work throughout its 40 year history, enabling the development and retention of the Community Owned children's services sector in Victoria. Our advocacy work involves consulting with our constituency, social policy research and analysis, exchange of information between the sector and external stakeholders including government and lobbying within the local, state and national jurisdictions.

CCC advocates on behalf of community owned and managed children's services including long day care and outside school hours care. If your service or community requires advocacy or campaign support and advice please contact CCC's Policy and Advocacy Worker on 03 9486 3455 or reception@cccinc.org.au
