Community Child Care Association (CCC) is the peak body for community owned, not for profit education and care services in Victoria. About the role
The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring the vision and strategic outcomes of the organisation are achieved. This entails high level management of business and service planning and delivery, maintaining and growing membership, and having overall accountability for human resources and financial management.
The ED is responsible for ensuring the Board receives support in: leading the strategic direction of the organisation, pursuing business development opportunities and securing on-going funding to safeguard CCC’s viability.
This position works under the strategic direction of the Board and requires entrepreneurial initiative and drive. The Executive Director applies judgement in relation to complex and potentially contentious issues.
