As an early childhood and outside school hours care membership association, we are a powerful voice for services and educators. We advocate for not-for-profit and community-owned services and lobby government and key decision-makers for policy change – like continued funding for the National Quality Framework and equal pay for educators – on behalf of our members.

We are a peak body for community-owned and not-for-profit services. We are also the Victorian branch of the National Out of School Hours Services Alliance (NOSHSA) and the Victorian peak body for outside school hours care, which makes us the obvious choice for outside school hours care association membership.
