The Leadership Conference 2025: That’s a wrap!

We loved seeing you at The Leadership Conference 2025, as we welcomed return attendees and said hello to new faces as well.

The day was filled with connection, reflection and inspiration. We heard from expert speakers on a wide range of topics, all geared towards helping you lead with purpose.

A big thanks to everyone who joined us and made the day possible. The level of engagement was huge, with thought-provoking questions posed to speakers, chats over lunch and the connections made in-person.

Let’s recap our 2025 presenters:

  • Bec Goddard OAM, Inaugural AFLW Premiership coach of the Adelaide Crows
  • Rhonda Livingstone, National Education Leader and General Manager of ACECQA’s Leadership, Quality and Regulatory Support Group
  • Dr Kobi Leins, AI expert and Executive Director of Info Sphere Education
  • CCC consultants Anthony Morris, Kylie Seadon and Aisha Grewal
  • Our panel of multigenerational education and care professionals Shelli Giosis, Sharon Goodwin and Mariella Raval
  • Patrick Aouad, Founder and CEO of CU Health.

We know many of our attendees were inspired by what Shelli Giosis shared during our panel ‘Passing down knowledge and wisdom from one generation to the next’:

'Be a bit braver and a bit bolder… The life experiences we have, even if it is new and fresh – they are valuable. We need to back ourselves and say "I'm going to give it a go". Let's be brave.'

We hope the conference gave you the tools you need to feel braver, bolder and more empowered in your leadership.
