Children's rights and everyday practice
Professional development for early childhood and OSHC professionals
Respect for children’s rights and dignity is fundamental to our profession – it’s enshrined in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and it’s also part of our obligations under the National Quality Standard, Early Years Learning Framework and Code of Ethics. But how does this lofty concept translate to practice? Our children’s rights package will support your team to deepen their understanding of children’s rights in the early years and develop the skills to promote and implement them in your day-to-day program and practice.
