Roundtable critical reflections are small group discussions of a specific topic where each participant is on equal footing. We offer coaching and mentoring and can facilitate a roundtable critical discussion on any topic you’d like to explore and reflect on with your early childhood or OSHC team (such as sustainability, team teaching, or policy and practice, for example).
